Final narrative
Two employees were reinstalling a metal coil into the spinning machine. They were lifting the coil with a jack when the coil tipped over and landed on the injured employee's left foot, crushing three toes.
A temporary employee was punching tab door notches using a brake press. When the machine cycled, it lacerated his left little finger. The finger was amputated.
An employee had adjusted the punch on a spinning machine. When the machine was activated, the punch crushed the employee's left index finger resulting in partial amputation through the phalanx.
An employee was rolling a piece of metal in a rotary machine when their glove got caught on the corner of the piece and the machine partially amputated their left index finger.
