Final narrative
On May 6, 2025, a temporary employee was loading a sheet of fiberglass between two rollers on a roofing material machine. The top roller was not rotating. The roller fell and pinched his left ring fingertip, causing a partial amputation of the finger that required surgery.

An employee was operating a machine that manufactures roofing materials when the machine jammed. When the employee attempted to clear the jam, their right hand was caught and the machine crushed their index, middle, and ring fingers.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
