Final narrative
An employee was unloading packages from a trailer and grabbed a box at eye level to put on the roller line. A package (containing metal) on top of that box slid forward and struck the employee's face. The employee was hospitalized with a laceration to the corner of his right eye at the tear duct.
An employee had been delivering packages when they felt ill and dropped to one knee. The employee was hospitalized for dehydration and heat-related illness.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
