On May 30, 2025, an employee was emptying a portable oil drain container into the oil tank in the oil room of the service shop. Pressure built up in the portable oil tank and caused the oil drain bowl to separate, hitting the employee's face. The employee sustained fractures to her nose and cheekbone as well as multiple lacerations. She was hospitalized and required surgery.
