On November 28, 2023, an employee was working on an aircraft. They had used a work-stand, or portable/rolling staircase, to enter the aircraft. When the employee stepped backward to exit the aircraft, the work stand was not there, causing the employee to fall approximately 46 inches to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, contusions/abrasions to left elbow, and a bruised back.

On July 28, 2023, an employee was preforming maintenance on a military vehicle when they fell 4 feet to the ground, resulting in a fractured L1 vertebra.

On February 1, 2023, an employee slipped while walking between two office cubicles. The employee landed on their left knee and suffered a hairline fracture to the kneecap.

On September 1, 2022, at approximately 2:10 p.m., an employee was testing the re-tooling on a metal CNC machine. As the employee grabbed the tool, it began to spin cutting flesh off the bottom portion of left ring finger and resulting in an avulsion that required hospitalization.

An employee was reaching around the side of an access door when it was closed from the other side, causing a partial amputation to the employee's left middle finger.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

The ladder became unstable at the base, causing the employee to fall about 6 feet and strike their head on the metal leg of a work platform. The employee suffered a concussion and a subdural hematoma and was hospitalized.

An employee was troubleshooting a dust collector when they sustained partial amputations to three of their right fingertips from the spinning rotor of the motor.

An employee was deburring a metal piece using a disc sander when their right thumb contacted the sanding surface, resulting in a partial traumatic metacarpophalangeal amputation.

Two employees were removing a clamp from the top of a pipe spool. The pipe fell and then shifted sideways, trapping one employee's thumb. The sleeve around the outside of the insulated pipe caused a crush injury to the thumb, resulting in a partial degloving.

An employee was unloading a carpet pad from a truck when they fell from the truck dock to the concrete below, resulting in five fractured ribs and an injury to their left lung.
