An employee worked outside in the heat cutting lumber and became delirious on their way home. The employee was hospitalized with dehydration.
An employee was moving a transformer that was on a hand dolly. The employee tilted the dolly back so that he could move it and it fell over and struck the employee in the right ankle, breaking it.
