An employee was cutting a tree as part of a trail crew. The tree fell and struck an unknown object, causing it to break off and fall back toward the employee. The employee was struck by the tree and trapped. They were hospitalized for a broken arm and a concussion.

An employee was delivering home heating fuel when bees came from the ground and stung the employee's face, neck, torso, and hands. The employee proceeded to shut off the oil flow before losing consciousness. They were hospitalized due to an anaphylactic reaction.
