An employee had just clocked out and was using the stairwell that leads to the cafeteria and employee locker room. She lost her footing on approximately the third step down and fell into the wall in front of her. She sustained a neck injury, fractures to both wrists, and a fractured left knee.

An employee was carrying out a preventative maintenance inspection on a robotic picker. As the employee was moving metal lift bands to inspect for damage and tears, they tangled around the support structure of the robot service grid. When the employee went to free the bands, the banding severely lacerated the employee's left hand and index finger.
