On June 26, 2025, an employee was using a broom to manually release an electric dock lock at the inbound dock and fell less than 4 feet out the dock door. Her right foot and ankle impacted the concrete ground, causing an ankle fracture.
An employee was standing at the back of a powered industrial truck (PIT), entering information into the vehicle-mounted computer. Another PIT passed by him carrying a double-stacked rack. The rack pinned his right leg against his own PIT. His leg was fractured and he was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
