On May 28, 2025, an employee was working to fill a farmer's converted grain truck that had a liquid tank on the bed of the truck. The employee was getting up on the back on the truck and reached for the handle of a door. The door was not secured and the employee fell backward about 4 feet to the ground. He sustained a punctured lung and five broken ribs. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was being lifted in an attachment to reach a damaged sight gauge line when they fell approximately 6 feet to the ground, resulting in an injured left wrist, collar bone, and hip.
An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.
