An employee reached under a raised truck to pull on the spare tire when the jack slipped, causing their hand to be caught between the fallen truck and the spare tire. The employee was hospitalized with a severe injury to the right hand.
An employee was replacing a hydraulic cylinder on a mini-excavator. The employee was positioning the machine while it was in a trailer when their right leg became pinned between a track and the trailer, resulting in severe lacerations to the lower leg.

The employees went to evacuate the area in anticipation of the wall panel falling over.
