On August 11, 2025, an employee was outside his truck, inspecting it after its rear axle hung up on a guardrail during a turn. While walking backward, he stepped off the edge of a bridge, fell about 15 feet, and landed face first on a concrete pad. He suffered a head injury with a brain bleed, and was hospitalized.
