At about 2:30 p.m. on August 12, 2025, an employee was walking down outside stairs between a parking lot and a driveway. She missed a step and stumbled down five steps toward the bottom of the stairs, suffering an open fracture and dislocation to the left ankle. She was hospitalized, requiring surgery
