An employee was climbing down a 6-foot frame ladder after trimming trees. He missed a rung near the bottom and fell about 2 to 3 feet to the ground. He was helped into a golf cart, then fell a second time while getting out of the cart. He was hospitalized with a fractured hip and required surgery.
