On May 23, 2025, an employee was operating a drill press and repositioning a new part into the fixture. His gloves became entangled with the drill bit, resulting in partial amputations to the middle and ring fingers on his right hand.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
