An employee was inspecting a generator whose radiator was leaking. He slipped, and a fan blade in the generator amputated his thumb and index finger.

A temporary employee turned off a planer machine, opened the housing, and began clearing a jam. The machine's spinning blade caught his right hand and degloved the index finger.

An employee parked their car and was walking into a restaurant when their right hand got stuck in an elevator door, resulting in partial amputations of four fingers.

He reached out with his right hand to regain balance and stepped off the ladder. His right little finger got caught between two angles of the telecom structure and was amputated at the knuckle closest to the palm.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
