An employee was working at the tilt kettle station in the kitchen when one kettle overflowed and tilted, causing water and pasta to spill onto the floor. The employee went to press the button to stop it but slipped on pasta and fell onto the floor, contacting the boiling water. The employee was hospitalized with burns to his arms and face.
