An employee was in a cow pen, freeing a heifer that was stuck in the bottom cable of the pen fence. Once the heifer became untangled and returned to her feet, she charged at the employee and headbutted his lower left leg from behind. He suffered a compound fracture to the tibia and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

Two employees were hooking up a hydro excavation trailer to clean out water troughs. The injured employee was guiding employee 2 while she was backing up the truck to the trailer. The injured employee then began lowering the jack of the trailer to connect the trailer to the ball hitch on the truck. The trailer would not come down onto the ball hitch. The injured employee was manually adjusting the trailer when it came down and caught fingers on his left hand between the trailer s tongue and the ball hitch resulting in fractures.

Employees had shut down and locked out a cotton gin lint cleaner to clean it. An employee entered the lint cleaner and his glove was caught by the teeth of the cleaner. His glove was pulled off and the employee sustained a de-gloving injury to the top of the right hand.
