A security guard was responding to a call regarding an aggressive patient in the emergency room. The patient punched the employee in their face and chest. The employee left the patient's room and then became unresponsive due to cardiac arrest.

On 12/22/2023, an employee was carrying bins filled with pasta to a refrigerator. As he lifted a 20-pound bin, he felt pain in his lower back. The employee sustained a herniated disc.
