Dollar Tree

On 4/28/2025, an employee was working in the store and felt hot and dizzy due to heat exposure. The employee was hospitalized.

At 7:40 a.m. on March 11, 2025, a Dollar Tree employee was waiting for a truck in the well of a dock. The truck backed up, and its trailer struck her and pinned her leg against the wall. Her leg was broken and she was hospitalized.

An employee was stocking shelves with product that was being removed from boxes. As the employee walked down the aisle, she attempted to step into a space between a step ladder and an open/empty box. The employee's foot hit the step ladder which in turn caused her foot to enter the empty box. The employee attempted to lift her foot out of the box and her forward momentum caused her to trip and fall to the ground. The employee sustained fractured vertebrae and was hospitalized.

An employee was cleaning and putting away merchandise when she tripped over a box and fell to the floor, striking a power panel. She sustained a cut above her right eye and an injury to her right shoulder.
