EE WAS PULLING 4x8 3 4 TREATED PLYWOOD FROM THE BIN. HE LIFTED THE PLYWOOD AND LOST HIS FOOTING IN TIGHT AREA WHICH IN TURN HE LOST HIS GRIP OF PLYWOOD STRIKING HIM ON THE TOP OF HIS FOOT BEHIND STEEL TOE.
