What happened

Employee was grinding high flashing on the [REDACTED]. This is a guy hook casting and when employee was grinding the flash on the side of the casting the hook caught on the grinder wheel and pulled the part down onto his pointer finger causing a 2cm cut. Employee was brought to urgent care and received 4 stitches and a splint on the injured finger.
