What happened

EE states he was lifting wheels when he felt a pop in his right forearm. Pain immediately radiated to his elbow Ee states it felt like someone hit me in my funny bone. Pain subsided and then his entire forearm became numb from elbow to fingertips. EE is unable to make fist and has difficulty writing since injury.
