What happened

On [REDACTED] EE was getting up from her chair and her arm got wrapped up in her headset cord. When she started to walk away from her workstation the cord pulled on her phone and she lost her balance and fell. She states that when she tries to flex her left foot she experiences a lot of pain at the top of her foot and left leg.
