The employee was assisting another employee with taking a fence panel off of the paint line. Employee 1 retained the weight of the panel on his own while employee 2 placed the sticker in place. In doing so Employee 1 's right arm couldn 't bare the weight alone and the panel fell striking employee 1 in the chest.
