Assembling screen sections on a dryer.

An associate was working in station one installing screens. These screens are installed using what we call bleacher steps They are steps like bleacher steps but only two high and they are movable. This allows the assembler access top the screens to tighten them without getting on and off the dryer multiple times. While installing these screens another associate leaned forward (one of the three) and the stairs started to move backwards. This caused the associate who is claiming the injury to fall forward into the screens bumping their chest on the screens.

Chest including organs- Irritation

Struck by against

Associate tilted forward when steps tipped backwards
