What happened

Tech was removing a gear box door to diagnose an issue with tightlock #11. The tech did not know at the time that the bearings and shaft were broken. When the tech removed the door expecting a light weight move the shaft also came out which is much heavier. It was an unexpected weight the tech was not prepared for initially.
