Before the incident

Employee tripped backwards getting sling unstuck from racks. Employee utlized Sling-Stick tool to attempt to pull stuck sling back towards forklift aisle. Upon pulling the sling did not immediately move due to leaning against upright. Employee initially was unable to get the pallet to roll forward and attempted pull again this time hand with more force and the hand slipped off of handle and caused employee to fall backwards. In falling backwards employee 's right wrist stopped the fall.
