What happened

Employee was squaring up the die in the press110 using a bolt and wrench the bolt slipped out causing his hand to struck against shaker bar hitting his left pinky finger. He denied medical attention the day of the injury when offered. Then decided to go to Royal Oak Corewell Health William Beaumont hospital emergency department next day [REDACTED] on his own where he was diagnosed nondisplaced fracture of distal phalanx of left little finger.
