Staff was providing resident care along side of a nurse.

What happened

While providing care to a resident employee stated she wasn 't feeling well. The nurse sent her on a 15 min break. When walking to go on break employee collapsed fell and hit her head on the kitchen door. She stated she was having a seizure. 911 was called and she was evaluated but refused to go in for further care.
