RIGHT AS THE OBJECT WAS BEING MOVED ONTO THE DOLLY AS EMPLOYEE PLACED HAND UNDER DOLLY TO REALIGN IT WHICH RESULTED IN HIS RIGHT HAND BEING PINNED BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE FOLLY

RIGHT HAND WAS INJURED DUE TO THE WEIGHT AND PRESSURE OF BEING PINNED UNDER THE DOLLY. INJURY SUSTAINED TO FINGER TIPS AND HAND WHERE THE MOST CONTACT WAS BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND DOLLY.
