As she exited through the back door of the [REDACTED] building towards the main kitchen she did not notice that the doorstop stone was on the ground. While attempting to avoid it the tip of her left foot caught on the stone causing her to lose her balance. As a result she fell landing on the tip of her right foot her right knee and the entire left side of her body.
