EE was helping run line 501

What happened

EE was working with the sleever on the line as it was causing scrap and issues. When the sleever jammed up on a bottle EE went to pull it out from under and caught one of the metal tabs on the sides of the sleever tube. Due to the amount of plastic that had gone over the sleever these metal tabs had become like razor blades
