What happened

Employee was reversing a forklift with the Forks and Mast elevated when the forklift mast hit the room wall bumper. This caused the forklift to tip over to the left. As the employee attempted to evade the tipping forklift the employee’s right foot was pinched crushed between the ground and the left side seat cage of the forklift.
