The employee was hand running bolts to move the door on the pusher furnace and then the tool swung around and made impact with her finger

Employee was using a hand power tool (driver) to turn a bolt to manually close a furnace door. Employee forgot to activate the release lever before engaging the bolt which prevented the bolt from turning causing employee to loose control of the tool and crushed her thumb between the tool and the surface of the furnace
