Before the incident

She was putting napkins in the ironer. She had just pushed the button to put the platform down so they could put sheets in the ironer.

What happened

Where the sheets go in they were doing napkins and they were changing back to sheets but at the same time EE was pushing the cart from one side to the other and had not seen that the platform where the napkins go had not gone down all the way and she did not have the clearance she thought she did and trapped her hand between the machine and the cart.
