Assisting with installing snowplow on truck.

What happened

Employee was prepping trucks for the upcoming snow and ice event. He was assisting coworkers with installation of snowplow blades and ensuring that equipment was ready for use. Was putting cutting edge on plow and went to sit down because he felt that he was going to vomit then he did vomit. He then started having chest pains and broke out in a cold sweat. Treated for possible MI at hospital.
