Helping with tape dispenser on North Paint Line

What happened

The tape machine had a piece of tape stuck on the rollers. It was only taping one side of the boxes. I reached in to free up the tape. I must have bumped the plate on the from to activate the taping action on the machine. I was unaware of the location of the shutoff switch on this machine. I was trying to keep up with the line so I was trying to be helpful.
