Before the incident

He was screwing in ties when he was told to stop for morning break time. In the next [REDACTED] seconds a noise was heard by while coworker was walking away for break. Coworker turned to see him falling. Coworker laying motionless and called [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. While on with [REDACTED] he ran down to check on him. He stated that he was talking. He told him not to move and that help was coming. Shortly there after EMS fire and police arrived and took control of the scene. He was transported to Hartford Hospital via Ambulance. The scene was secured by Middletown Fire and Police until the arrival of OSHA.
