IW was coming back to the van from delivering a package the home owners are doing construction there is stones and debris in the yard. There was a dog chasing the IW and he looked back to see how far away the dog was and he tripped and landed on his right knee causing pain and a bruise. He is having difficulty walking and bearing weight on that knee.
