The machine next to crimp 1 Multi-spindle assembly 1 was in operation a part became stuck in one of the clamps when the table turned that spindle on that part started bending until it broke the tube. When the tube broke part of the broken tube was launched into the air. hitting an operator at Crimp 1 in the head causing an abrasion.
