Pushing a tote filled with bread dough onto the elevator to dump the bread dough out.

What happened

The elevator was out of order and the employee failed to read the out of order sign. The employee pushed the tote into the opening and the tote fell down into the opening pulling the employee on top of the tote. Employee was ok but bruised the left hand.
