What happened
Employee was separating scrap metal from a dirt pile. The work area was surrounded by cut trees so he wanted tp make more room. He then started cutting a tree with a chainsaw while an excavator was working near him the excavator operator did not see him and threw a tree hitting him and causing the injury.
