Employee was entering the building at the beginning of his shift. As he walked through the door way he turned to prevent the door slamming in to his back due to the exhaust pressure. While turning his foot got caught underneath the door as it was swing closed. His foot got stuck and he lost his balance falling over to the side and landing on his knee.
