EE was going to cut the line off on line 312 The plates were getting jammed up on the trim press canopy EE was focused on the jam while also rushing to get to the equipment running she tripped over the [REDACTED] board stand frame which was outside of its regular green box zone Employee tripped and fell forward when her right foot caught on the stand f frame resulted in her impacting the right side of her face next to her right eye sustaining bruising and also sustained a contusion to her right hand
