We are working at night on [REDACTED]. We had set up the lane closure waiting on their crews to tell us it was time to move. [REDACTED] was just sitting in the cab per SCDOT Standard And was NOT DRIVING THE TMA The TMA Has to be manned while they were waiting when a young Man [REDACTED] old in a Ford [REDACTED] on cell phone hit our TMA truck and totaled the Scorpion Attenuator. Temp Employee was taken to Hospital to be checked out Hospital Report attached
