Before the incident

RSE pulled something in groin area while lifting a beam. RSE informed supervisor and safety manager. Once done he called axiom. It is always the best have axiom reports called within 2 hours of any injury and incident NOIs done instantly afterwards. Its a good teaching lesson for all employees to take care of themselves and to better protect themselves incase of an injury. Call a manager as soon as you can and we will help you. I will upload the written statement of the RSE once I receive it. From the Axiom Initial Report While lifting a steel beam with a coworker the other end slipped and while holding up his end the employee felt a pop and discomfort to his left groin area. Update Medical report written statement uploaded
