EE Statement I was traveling [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] in the NB right lane when I hit something in the road I then made my way back to the intersection and noticed there was a sinkhole in the right lane and part of the left lane that wasn t noticeable when I drove over it. The sinkhole jolted him in his seat causing discomfort to his neck upper back and lower back. Axiom was called and First Aid measures prescribed.
