[REDACTED] was connecting a message board to a ve22179 and didn t have system in line with the message board trailer so [REDACTED] and the co driver decided to move the message board by hand complete the connection. In the process of doing so as [REDACTED] was pulling the message board and the co driver was pushing it [REDACTED] s left hand was pinched between the tong of the message board trailer and the ball of truck they were trying to connect it to.
