Before the incident

Roadsafe tech was parked and got on back of the truck to rearrange his load before picking up the event closure. He tried to use the rear ladder at the back passenger side of the truck to get down. he had three points of contact and reached down with his right leg to find step. His foot missed the step and he got to low to pull himself back up on the truck and fell down landing on his right side and arm. He called shop and reported to the office that he fell and was sore but able to help finish the job. He helped other drivers on site finish picking up but only drove for them. He then did NOI and called Axiom.
